Client Onboarding Specialist – SAAS, IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Guide multi-unit restaurant and franchise clients through the post-sale onboarding process, channel integration, and the official launch of the platform.

• Set up software configurations tailored to client channels, POS systems, delivery platforms, and banking feeds.

• Conduct audits and reconcile financial and operational data to ensure accuracy before the account goes live.

• Facilitate onboarding sessions with restaurant operators, executives, and CFOs.

• Address initial setup obstacles and technical issues in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance onboarding workflows, resolve configuration issues, and keep documentation up to date.

• Oversee account health, monitor contract terms, and secure account renewals and upsells.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in SaaS, software implementation, or technical onboarding/consulting roles.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at a near-native C1 level suitable for a North American business audience.

• Strong quantitative analysis skills.

• Hands-on experience with spreadsheet modeling, data mapping, and financial or operational reconciliation.

• Native-level fluency in AI technologies and significant experience utilizing AI tools like Claude in daily operations.

• Exceptional resilience, adaptability, and comfort within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• A proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset with full personal accountability.

• Bonus: Experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms such as Bain, McKinsey, or BCG, or in high-growth technology sectors.

• Bonus: Knowledge of restaurant or retail technology, POS integrations, SQL, or Salesforce.
