Client Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist new and prospective clients through the onboarding journey at Task Buddie.

• Conduct onboarding calls to assess client requirements, objectives, and the suitability of services.

• Clearly and confidently articulate service offerings, processes, and subsequent steps.

• Facilitate the transition from sales discussions to active client engagement.

• Organize scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless initiation.

• Keep precise records and notes within the CRM system.

• Work in partnership with sales and leadership teams to enhance onboarding processes and communication.

• Prior experience in sales onboarding, account management, or client support is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and skills in relationship-building.

• A customer-centric, solution-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently in a completely remote environment.
