This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Deliver tailored support to new hires and clients during the onboarding process.
β’ Set up, adjust, and enhance onboarding workflows using Process Street and other applicable tools.
β’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
β’ Develop employee communications related to onboarding and orientation activities.
β’ Input and manage employee information across HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits systems.
β’ Facilitate onboarding collaboration among HR, Payroll Engineers, and Benefits Specialists.
β’ Act as a liaison with vendors and clients during the setup and implementation of onboarding.
β’ Distribute onboarding resources, credentials, and policy documents.
β’ Address or escalate inquiries from new hires regarding payroll, benefits, and onboarding logistics.
β’ Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
β’ Review and update client-specific onboarding documents.
β’ Resolve system-related issues that arise during onboarding.
β’ Identify areas for improvement in processes and suggest enhancements.
β’ Monitor onboarding progress and completion rates.
β’ Keep well-organized records in compliance with client standards and regulations.
β’ Perform additional related tasks that support client satisfaction and team objectives.
β’ Strong knowledge of U.S. HR compliance and labor laws regarding onboarding, including I-9, E-Verify, and W-4.
β’ Proficient in payroll systems, benefits portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS.
β’ Familiarity with labor laws and employee benefits, including the ability to interpret carrier summaries.
β’ Capability to deliver clear and professional presentations and onboarding sessions.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
β’ Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, workflow documentation, or process maps.
β’ Preferred background in HR onboarding, HR operations, or shared service roles supporting U.S.-based employees, with at least 3 years of experience.
β’ Experience with onboarding remote or multi-state teams.
β’ Background in HR consulting, outsourcing, PEO, or working with U.S. clients in a global support capacity.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
β’ Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds.
