This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.
β’ Tailor initial conversations to address patient needs and articulate the advantages of personalized programs.
β’ Handle inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and various other communication methods.
β’ Process and oversee referrals, aiming for conversion within a 7 to 10-day timeframe.
β’ Manage multiple referral cycles for a large patient base.
β’ Input clinical survey results, diagnostic test data, RPM, and RTM information.
β’ Schedule and organize patient appointments effectively.
β’ Communicate care schedules clearly to patients.
β’ Process both incoming and outgoing medical records.
β’ Ensure accuracy in EMR records, care notes, and face sheets.
β’ Participate in clinical meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items and deadlines.
β’ Collaborate with physicians, engineers, designers, and members of the care team.
β’ Address and resolve patient issues and complaints.
β’ Meet daily call targets of 75 to 100 interactions.
β’ Comply with performance metrics to qualify for incentive plans.
β’ Complete necessary assessment tasks related to facility calls, order follow-ups, patient scheduling, notifications, and internal documentation.
β’ A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, nursing, or a related clinical discipline.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a healthcare environment.
β’ A strong understanding of the US healthcare system and its complexities.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capacity to multitask in a high-paced setting.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems, EMR software, and standard office tools (e.g., Google Suite).
β’ Training or experience in clinical medicine, including nursing degrees, nursing assistant roles, or clinical scribing.
β’ Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
β’ A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
β’ A quiet home environment conducive to work.
β’ Availability to work in US time zones (EST).
β’ Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts as necessary.
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with medical terminology.
β’ A proven history of success in sales.
β’ Knowledge of remote patient monitoring systems.
β’ Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare privacy practices.
