Client Onboarding Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Promptly reach out to new customers following their purchase, aiming for the first call attempt within 30 minutes.

• Greet customers and outline their next steps.

• Schedule and confirm Intro and Onboarding calls directly with customers.

• Conduct follow-ups via phone, SMS, and email if customers do not respond.

• Assist customers in accessing platforms and completing necessary setup and preparation before their calls.

• Reach out to customers who miss appointments and aid in rescheduling.

• Address simple issues related to login, bookings, and platform usage.

• Forward complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

• Keep precise notes and records of customer interactions, progress, and subsequent steps.

• Maintain follow-up until customers successfully navigate through the onboarding process.

• Ensure customers receive contact, booking, preparation, support, and are progressing; formal Intro or Onboarding calls are not delivered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Comfortable and confident in communicating with customers over the phone.

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Appointment Setting, Onboarding, or a related client-facing role.

• Possesses a friendly, professional, and patient communication style.

• Persistent in follow-up efforts without being overly aggressive.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and open to learning new technologies.

• Capable of managing multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.

• Dependable, receptive to coaching, and comfortable working towards defined performance targets.
