This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Act as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional service.
• Oversee the placement of both new and renewal accounts with carrier partners in the P&C and Life & Health sectors.
• Aid in gathering underwriting information and preparing submission documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with carriers to obtain competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
• Guarantee the successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management.
• Keep precise and current records in the AMS360 agency management system.
• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal teams to address client needs.
• Efficiently and accurately manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service tasks.
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field.
• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is essential.
• Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) is required.
