Client Manager – Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact on a daily basis for a specific portfolio of clients, addressing their insurance requirements with minimal supervision.

• Spearhead the renewal and remarketing efforts, collaborating with carriers to achieve the best coverage and pricing available.

• Offer consultative advice to clients regarding coverage deficiencies, policy frameworks, and strategic insurance choices.

• Supervise the onboarding process for new accounts, which includes gathering and analyzing underwriting information.

• Resolve intricate client issues by working alongside underwriters and internal teams to find efficient solutions.

• Oversee endorsements, claims inquiries, audits, and other service-related tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

• Employ AMS360 to keep thorough and accurate client records, documenting all servicing actions.

• Provide mentorship or assistance to junior account team members as necessary.

• Remain updated on industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory changes that may affect clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance account management, ideally in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health sectors.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a portfolio of business and foster enduring client relationships.

• Strong comprehension of carrier underwriting standards and coverage documents.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in AMS360 or similar agency management systems.

• An active insurance license(s) in relevant lines (P&C and/or L&H) is required.

• Detail-oriented with robust time management skills and the ability to operate independently.
