This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily performance and operational success of SSI clients in a designated region.

• Foster collaborative relationships with client operational teams and leadership.

• Manage communication schedules, status updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), action plans, and project timelines.

• Address client inquiries and escalations in a timely manner.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of revenue cycle workflows, processes, and integrations.

• Monitor and report on client KPIs such as denial rate, gross collection rate, accounts receivable (AR) days, and net collection rate.

• Recognize performance trends and escalate concerns proactively.

• Assist in the development of action plans to enhance client performance.

• Prepare reports for leadership and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Track and resolve client issues effectively.

• Distinguish between operational and technical issues and assign them to the appropriate team members.

• Collaborate with technical operations, product, and support teams.

• Ensure that root causes are identified and addressed.

• Coordinate clearinghouse workflows related to 837, 277, 275, 835, and 270/271 transactions.

• Aid clients in understanding the differences between rejections and denials, as well as the Accounts Receivable Cycle (ARC).

• Partner with technical teams to resolve mapping, transmission, and connectivity challenges.

• Identify inefficiencies in client workflows and support initiatives for process enhancements.

• Suggest improvements for front-end data quality and claims submission processes.

• Review and interpret client reports and dashboards effectively.

• Highlight insights and trends while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to align expectations, technical capabilities, and service delivery.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, clearinghouse operations, or provider healthcare FinTech.

• Proficient understanding of revenue cycle workflows and healthcare KPIs.

• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management practices.

• Extensive expertise in revenue cycle workflows, processes, and integrations across accounts.

• Capability to understand, monitor, and apply KPIs to assess performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Competence in analyzing complex data, recognizing patterns and root causes, and translating findings into actionable insights.

• Working knowledge of healthcare financial concepts, revenue cycle processes, and related technical systems or data structures.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex information effectively.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and execute assignments accurately within deadlines.

• Experience working collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment.

• Capacity to perform under pressure and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in reading and writing in English.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to manage challenging situations.

• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.

• Visual acuity with or without corrective lenses, and auditory clarity with or without aids.

• Capability to use hands, fingers, and wrists repetitively with a computer keyboard and office equipment.

• Background check and drug test required.
