📋 Description

• Drive the growth of new business within the designated territory.

• Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales leadership teams.

• Identify and target strategic markets and potential clients.

• Build and sustain effective peer-to-peer relationships.

• Provide support for sales initiatives through client relationship management.

• Create and implement lead generation strategies.

• Work with the team to uncover opportunities and execute growth strategies.

• Oversee the negotiation process for contracts.

• Conduct market research and analysis.

• Assess operational issues.

• Monitor both external and internal environments for emerging market segments.

• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns.

• Assist in establishing a process for evaluating client feedback.

• Solid experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

• Practical knowledge of the power and energy sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical power systems and related equipment.

• Ability to leverage diverse market channels, including EPC, ESCOs, Utility Companies, Developers, Engineering Firms, End-Users, and Equipment Manufacturers.

• Proven capability to comprehend customer needs and business drivers.

• Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a high sense of urgency.

• Proficiency in managing time and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.

• Effective communication skills across teams.

• Ability to identify business development opportunities through thorough competitive and market analysis.

• Skill in nurturing and establishing robust working relationships.

• Competence in strategic planning and tactical execution.
