Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Sales Director of the Client Management Team

• Oversee, maintain, and promote revenue growth within an established client portfolio

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with ClientCare, Billing, Product, Technical Support, and Implementation

• Address and resolve incoming client sales and service inquiries

• Make proactive outbound calls and send emails to current clients to strengthen and expand relationships

• Utilize outbound prospecting messaging alongside automation tools and technologies

• Foster client relationships through service requirements, research, and special initiatives

• Deliver product training on Experian services to clients

• Conduct consultative discovery sessions with clients to uncover needs, renewal possibilities, and upselling opportunities

• Analyze client usage patterns to identify and address emerging trends

• Oversee the sales process from initial identification and qualification through to proposal creation and contracting

• Initiate and secure documentation for changes in products or services related to security, credentialing, data reporting, and legislative needs

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing and sales experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Credit Bureau, Financial Services, Banking, Credit Unions, or Mortgage sectors

• Background in Financial Services, Banking, Credit Unions, or Mortgage

• Familiarity with standard programs related to credit, risk, fraud, and decision-making

• Comfortable working in a team-oriented service and sales environment

• Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM system

• Bachelor’s degree is required
