Client Integration Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Integrate with client banking systems using the FastAPI/Python Integration Layer.

• Diagnose issues related to platform interactions, SIP/VoIP systems, gRPC services, and production latency challenges.

• Deploy and configure platform components utilizing Kubernetes/Helm.

• Analyze logs, debug incidents, and eliminate technical obstacles on the client side.

• Utilize tools, scripts, and technical resources to resolve integration issues and guarantee optimal platform performance.

• Take ownership of the complete integration process into client infrastructure.

• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and release management.

• Manage client expectations and handle escalations effectively.

• Collaborate directly with client DevOps/IT teams.

• Lead the selection of architecture for new pilot projects and cluster setups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in client integration — responsible for end-to-end integrations of software products into external client infrastructure, including collaboration with client IT teams, managing deployment expectations, and navigating complex implementation challenges.

• Familiarity with modern technical stacks — capability to work with Python, Node.js, Go, and Bash/CI/CD, including the ability to read unfamiliar codebases, troubleshoot issues, and create lightweight scripts or services when necessary.

• Practical experience in building or integrating production-grade gRPC/REST APIs, with an understanding of common failure points and debugging techniques.

• Knowledge of SIP/VoIP; hands-on experience is advantageous, with the capacity to quickly adapt in real-world settings.

• Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, backend architectures, inter-service communication patterns, latency, and system failures.

• Capability to independently advance projects, proactively identify obstacles, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions without constant oversight.

• Proficient English communication skills — Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Experience with Kubernetes/Docker in production settings; familiarity with Helm is a plus.

• Familiarity with ML/AI pipelines, including inference servers, ASR/TTS systems, or related machine learning infrastructure and workflows.

• Exposure to the banking/fintech industry, with knowledge of security, compliance, and enterprise decision-making processes.
