Client Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the launch of new sites and programs from the initial kickoff to post-opening support.

• Manage timelines for implementation, financial aspects, contracts, reporting, billing coordination, and essential deliverables.

• Foster trusted partnerships with clients while providing proactive guidance.

• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and growth of programs.

• Handle contracts related to new sites, renewals, expansions, and alternative funding initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams on RFPs and new business ventures.

• Facilitate connections between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment of stakeholders, and fulfillment of commitments.

• Manage the balance of high-volume site and summer camp launches alongside renewals, contract execution, mid-year openings, and ongoing client support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing business-to-business (B2B) client relationships.

• Experience in the childcare industry or a related field is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to handle challenging client consultations and human relations issues with integrity, professionalism, and respect.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in interpreting, communicating, and implementing organizational policies and procedures.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Quick learner of new software applications.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.
