Site Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Participate in clinical research initiatives, taking charge of deliverables and collaborating effectively.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel at clinical trial locations.

• Offer assistance and advice to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance site engagement and maximize site performance through effective communication and feedback.

• Partner with internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies customized for each study and location.

• Track site performance metrics and provide regular reports to study teams on site engagement initiatives and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a related area is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport and establishing productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
