Client Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls for clients' businesses from a remote location.

• Gather leads, process orders, schedule appointments, and communicate messages to clients.

• Manage standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls.

• Complete training for each type of call.

• Operate in a consistent, fast-paced environment with consecutive calls.

• Achieve performance metrics for quality, accuracy, readiness percentage, and after-call work time.

• Select weekly shifts based on performance tier.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is exclusively available to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona.

• Must be available to work 40 hours per week.

• Must have availability for a minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday during the initial 8–12 weeks post-training.

• Flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A warm, positive tone and a genuine desire to assist others.

• Capability to listen attentively and maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.

• Reliability and punctuality for each scheduled shift.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

• A growth mindset and a willingness to learn new call types and tools.

• Full availability for 40 hours per week during the 2-week training and the 8–12-week Learning & Development period.

• Must be physically present and working in an eligible state for the entire duration of employment.

• Computer and internet connection must meet system and internet requirements prior to starting.

• Successful completion of a background check following a conditional offer.
