Client Engagement – Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client onboarding process from initial discovery and solution design to go-live and user adoption.

• Serve as a Global Mobility specialist and reliable adviser to senior client stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops, solution discussions, user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and change management activities.

• Convert intricate Global Mobility processes into practical and scalable technological solutions.

• Evaluate current methodologies and propose enhanced approaches.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to address complex client requirements.

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance client service delivery and minimize manual tasks.

• Discover opportunities to enhance client outcomes, boost adoption, and increase the value clients receive from Benivo.

• Report directly to the Head of Client Transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, with a solid understanding of mobility programs and processes.

• Proven experience in client implementation, onboarding, consulting, or transformation initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Confidence in leading workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and capability in solution design.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects independently.

• Comfort with technology and a strong interest in AI and automation.

• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge existing norms.
