This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries
• Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls
• Collect information regarding client needs and objectives
• Identify urgency and escalation requirements
• Coordinate consultations with technical leadership
• Maintain precise intake documentation
• Manage opportunities using Zoho CRM
• Ensure pipeline accuracy and hygiene
• Track opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle
• Monitor proposal status and engagement progress
• Ensure timely follow-up on active opportunities
• Coordinate activities related to proposal development
• Manage the delivery of proposals and follow-up
• Track contracts, engagement agreements, and signatures
• Assist with onboarding for retainers and initiation of engagements
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and referral partners
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the engagement process
• Conduct client follow-ups and relationship check-ins
• Support initiatives aimed at client retention
• Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
• Assist with initiatives for the growth of the Incident Response Retainer
• Help manage renewals and track retainer renewals
• Conduct outreach to existing clients regarding preparedness services
• Support long-term strategies for client engagement
• Collaborate closely with technical and investigative personnel
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new engagements
• Assist in refining sales and client engagement processes
• Support CRM reporting and business metrics
• 3-7 years of experience in account management, client success, business development, consultative sales, or professional services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up abilities
• Experience in managing client relationships and opportunities
• Proficient in working with CRM platforms
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• High level of professionalism and executive presence
• Capability to communicate confidently with senior business leaders
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, digital forensics, legal investigations, or incident response is highly desirable but not mandatory.
