This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer subject matter expertise throughout the comprehensive sales process with Pharmaceutical Manufacturers
• Assess clients’ analytical requirements and suggest Forsyth solutions
• Analyze client challenges and evaluate needs
• Convert business inquiries and obstacles into data-driven solutions that align with the Forsyth data model
• Provide insights and recommendations based on trends from client-specific data
• Contribute to and oversee SOW content in accordance with capabilities and timelines
• Align client needs with available data and products
• Utilize data to establish scalable feasibility requirements
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships, acting as the primary contact for clinical analytics service delivery
• Advocate for clients internally and coordinate various functional areas to implement initiatives, finalize projects, and address ongoing service needs
• Ensure internal teams are aligned on client contract deliverables
• Manage client expectations and request approvals at critical milestones
• Organize post-sales service meetings and define meeting objectives
• Oversee implementation in line with contract deliverables
• Coordinate client training and support strategies
• Expand current contract scopes and identify new business prospects
• Maintain an advanced understanding of Forsyth offerings, data, use cases, competitive positioning, pricing, and differentiation
• Serve as the intermediary between Business Development, Data, and Product teams
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting data sales, particularly in life sciences
• Experience working directly with or for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, including in areas such as commercial analytics, sales operations, Market Access analytics, payer marketing, or HEOR
• Strong analytical capabilities are preferred, especially proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Capability to manage multiple, high-visibility projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative approach to completing deliverables
• Well-organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to achieve results
• Flexibility to adapt to uncertain or unfamiliar environments
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with leadership and matrix partners
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required
