Client Enablement Advisor

📋 Description

• Offer subject matter expertise during the entire sales process with Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

• Comprehend clients’ analytical requirements and suggest Forsyth solutions.

• Examine client issues and evaluate their needs.

• Convert business inquiries and challenges into data-driven solutions that align with the Forsyth data model.

• Deliver insights and trend recommendations based on client-specific data.

• Assist in developing and coordinating SOW content to match capabilities and timelines.

• Align client requirements with available data and products.

• Establish scalable feasibility requirements utilizing data.

• Act as the primary contact for overall service delivery related to clinical analytics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, and Business Development.

• Advocate for clients internally and oversee the implementation of client initiatives and projects.

• Ensure compliance with client contract deliverables and manage client expectations effectively.

• Organize post-sales service meetings and set objectives for these meetings.

• Oversee implementations in accordance with contracted deliverables.

• Coordinate client training and support strategies.

• Broaden existing contract scopes and identify new business prospects.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Forsyth products, data, use cases, and competitive landscape.

• Facilitate communication between Business Development, Data, and Product teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of pertinent experience in data sales, particularly in life sciences.

• Experience working directly with or for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, including Commercial analytics, sales operations, Market Access analytics, payer marketing, and HEOR.

• Strong analytical skills are preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is preferred.

• Capability to manage multiple high-visibility projects concurrently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Creative approach to completing deliverables.

• Organized with a proven record of meeting deadlines.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to achieve results.

• Adaptability to ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.

• Strong collaborative skills and comfort in working with leadership and matrix partners.

• Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working remotely.
