This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the sales of Professional Services, driving revenue generation and ensuring client success in the eastern US region.
• Collaborate with colleagues across North America to meet bookings, revenue, margin, and client advocacy objectives.
• Oversee all Professional Services initiatives within the designated territory.
• Promote services sales while supporting license and cloud opportunities.
• Guarantee the successful implementation of solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, enhancing client relationships.
• Present the complete Professional Services portfolio to maximize client value.
• Market Professional Services across various accounts.
• Create client solutions and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
• Build an opportunity pipeline that aligns with quarterly booking budget goals.
• Negotiate project deliverables, timelines, and costs with external vendors and OpenText teams.
• Regularly and promptly update opportunity statuses in the CEM system (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue within existing accounts by proposing solutions, enhancements, and operational services.
• Manage resource forecasting, opportunity forecasting, proposal/SOW drafting, approvals, contract status, and invoicing status.
• Accurately report quarterly revenue and bookings to the Regional Vice-President.
• Partner across functions on RFP development, opportunity tracking, and business development synergy sessions.
• Communicate client account activities to key OpenText stakeholders.
• Engage with C-level executives.
• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma and/or relevant IM/IT experience (10+ years) or equivalent qualifications.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience with IT systems.
• Proven experience in selling Professional Services.
• Strong understanding of complex business and technical processes and their implications at the enterprise level.
• Familiarity with project management disciplines and methodologies.
• Knowledge of OpenText product offerings and their relevance to client business needs is preferred.
• Ability to utilize best practices to evaluate and size opportunities.
• Capability to align business requirements with OpenText modules and provide budget estimates.
• Previous experience planning and executing large-scale ECM projects.
• At least two years of experience successfully closing and managing engagements totaling a minimum of $1 million in annual fees.
• Experience selling to or working with enterprise clients within the US East Territory.
• Strong presence, confidence, professional maturity, and excellent communication skills.
• A total of 10 to 15 years of professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 3–4 days per week as needed.
