This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Professional Services sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction across US accounts.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout North America to achieve targets for bookings, revenue, margin, and client advocacy.
• Take ownership of all Professional Services functions within the designated territory.
• Drive service sales while supporting licensing and cloud opportunities.
• Ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and enhance client relationships.
• Present the complete Professional Services portfolio to optimize client value.
• Market Professional Services across various accounts.
• Create revenue opportunities by developing client solutions and service offerings.
• Establish an opportunity pipeline that aligns with quarterly booking goals.
• Negotiate project deliverables, timelines, and service expenses.
• Regularly update opportunity status in the CEM system and Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue in existing accounts through solution realization, enhancement, and operational services.
• Oversee resource forecasting, opportunity forecasting, proposal/SOW writing, approvals, contract status, and invoicing status.
• Accurately report quarterly revenue and bookings to the Regional Vice-President.
• Partner with Professional Services on RFP development, opportunity tracking, and business development sessions.
• Communicate client account activities to key OpenText stakeholders.
• Engage with C-level executives.
• University Degree or College Diploma and/or relevant IM/IT experience (10+ years) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with IT systems.
• Experience in selling Professional Services.
• Proficiency in complex business and technical processes and their implications across the enterprise.
• Familiarity with project management disciplines and processes.
• Preferred knowledge of OpenText product offerings and their relation to client business needs.
• Capability to utilize standard methodologies to swiftly evaluate and size an opportunity.
• Ability to translate business requirements to OpenText modules and provide budgetary estimates.
• Previous experience in planning and executing large-scale ECM projects.
• At least two years of prior experience in closing and directing engagements totaling a minimum of $1 million in annual fees.
• Experience selling to and/or working with enterprise clients throughout the United States.
• Strong presence and confidence.
• Professional maturity and excellent communication skills.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting client demands.
• Willingness to travel up to 3–4 days per week as needed.
