This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new clients in pharmaceutical and biotech quality, compliance, and regulatory support across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Asia.
• Manage regulatory-triggered leads such as FDA warning letters, Form 483 observations, MHRA inspection findings, and EU GMP non-compliance reports.
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients, engage experts in technical scoping, and transform discussions into compelling proposals at standard rates.
• Negotiate the scope, pricing, and timelines within agreed commercial boundaries.
• Transfer agreed proposals to the operations team.
• Maintain client account relationships, including account planning, regular assessments, and identifying future requirements.
• Represent GxPAssure at conferences and industry events.
• Develop a referral network among decision-makers in quality and regulatory sectors.
• Keep the sales pipeline updated and provide monthly reports on it.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• Secure new business and retain clients while the consultants execute technical work and the operations team offers support.
• Proven track record in winning and expanding B2B professional services or consulting accounts, with evidence of individual new-business achievements.
• Experience in sales within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical-device, or related life sciences organizations, or a proven ability to quickly learn about the sector.
• A consultative approach: comfortable facing technical challenges from quality directors and knowing when to involve an expert.
• Exceptional written English skills and the ability to convert a scoping discussion into a persuasive proposal.
• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined in maintaining an updated pipeline.
• Willing and able to travel, including internationally if necessary.
• Existing connections with quality, regulatory, or supply chain decision-makers in life sciences (preferred).
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and GCP services as well as the regulatory framework (FDA, MHRA, EMA, PIC/S) (preferred).
• Experience with prospecting and CRM tools (preferred).
• A degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (preferred).
• £40,000 basic salary.
• 20% share of the net profit from every engagement you introduce — uncapped, calculated for each engagement, paid quarterly based on cash collected, and applicable for 24 months from each client's initial engagement.
• Realistic on-target earnings of £50,000–£55,000 in the first year and £80,000 or more from the second year as your client base grows.
• 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role at the 12-month review.
