Client Development Executive – Employer Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure client satisfaction and promote the growth of Employer Services within designated account territories.

• Aid in retention, expansion, and new business opportunities for Experian's Employer Services.

• Propel sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Launch client-facing sales initiatives with existing clients and potential new clients.

• Comprehend client requirements and provide consultations to develop tailored solutions.

• Enhance the portfolio through product cross-selling, upselling, and increasing product usage.

• Manage and negotiate contract renewals and RFPs throughout the entire sales process.

• Seek out and secure new logo prospects through Business Development Representatives and referral leads.

• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executives.

• Keep ongoing communication with clients to identify opportunities for Experian products and services.

• Collaborate with relevant departments within Experian Employer Services during the sales cycle.

• Report directly to the Director of Client Development Non-Vertical Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic-level sales.

• Proficiency in consultative sales and negotiation techniques.

• Proven track record in managing senior-level client relationships.

• Strong critical thinking abilities to navigate complex scenarios and resolve issues.

• Experience in project management.

• In-depth business knowledge and experience in Employer Services, including Verifications, Unemployment Cost Management, Tax Credits, and other HR Compliance services, or related fields.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
