📋 Description

• Oversee, assist, and address account-related requirements for designated TM Sports clients.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Serve as the internal advocate for clients to ensure outstanding experiences and results.

• Lead and collaborate on an account management strategy aimed at maximizing revenue and renewals.

• Create and execute upselling strategies for products, programs, and services.

• Monitor, assess, and refine plans to enhance ticket sales and revenue.

• Establish, communicate, and implement best practices for targeted market segments.

• Project client ticket and revenue contributions through individualized business plans.

• Provide on-demand sales operations assistance.

• Supervise support-team service levels and adherence to SLA compliance.

• Mentor and partner with client support, marketing, and account management teams.

• Retain clients and optimize margin levels through proactive renewal engagement.

• Work collaboratively across departments to improve client satisfaction scores.

• Recognize business opportunities and guide the client acquisition process in line with annual sales objectives.

• Conduct strategic account evaluations and align products and pricing with client requirements.

• Build relationships with key system and product users and gather product feedback.

• Spot opportunities for new products and enhancements.

• Address client issues and resolve concerns promptly.

• Provide market analysis, competitor reviews, and industry intelligence.

• Maintain precise contact and account information in Salesforce.

• Monitor competitors and potential collaborators for emerging opportunities and risks.

• Coordinate responses to RFPs.

• Retain accounts by fostering relationships with key decision-makers and users.

• Promote TM1 Marketing product adoption while managing local nuances.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10–12 years of experience in the live entertainment sector, with a strong emphasis on account management and development.

• BA/BS or a college diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred experience with live event ticketing or real-time inventory management systems.

• Excellent presentation and project management abilities.

• Proven success in surpassing sales targets.

• Experience driving change in a complex, matrix-oriented organization, with a strong focus on team development.

• In-depth understanding of digital media and industry trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in the live entertainment industry, particularly with a major league sports team and prominent market venue, is highly desirable.

• Skills and understanding of AI are highly desirable.

• Strong comprehension of technology-enabled products, software platforms, APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions for intricate consultative sales cycles.

• Experience in creating and delivering client presentations.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and consulting skills.

• Willingness to travel 35%–50% of the time.
