
Client Delivery Manager – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Manage operational alignment for assigned client accounts independently.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of client contracts, SLAs, service-line scope, workflows, and operational dependencies.
• Convert operational performance data into narratives that describe drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Recognize trends, risks, and discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures.
• Align client expectations with internal capabilities and limitations.
• Monitor performance metrics and inventory status.
• Conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with Revenue Services and internal teams.
• Create, monitor, and validate outcome-oriented action plans.
• Assess when and how to escalate issues, providing analysis and recommended solutions.
• Prepare and lead monthly operational reviews and regular client interactions.
• Craft client-specific agendas, reporting narratives, and discussion materials.
• Facilitate client discussions and document outcomes, decisions, and action items.
• Collaborate with Revenue Services leadership and operational teams.
• Coordinate efforts with Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams.
• Conduct internal account reviews and align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and commitments.
• Advocate for client needs while balancing enterprise standards and scalability.
• Maintain precise documentation in CRM and internal systems.
• Employ Client Alignment methodologies and standards.
• Identify systemic challenges and areas for improvement across the client portfolio.
• Contribute to process enhancements, workflow optimization, and documentation revisions.
• Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or similar environments.
• Foundational knowledge of operational workflows, data analysis, and client support models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and operational discussions independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in client-facing presentations.
• Ability to influence without authority in cross-functional settings.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
