This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Assist the Sr. Director in the planning, execution, and overall success of both domestic and international corporate hospitality and experiential programs.
β’ Oversee the tactical and operational aspects of high-touch programs.
β’ Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners on complex, multi-market engagements.
β’ Manage arrangements for accommodations, accreditation, transportation, ticketing, hospitality venues, food and beverage, entertainment, gifting, staffing, and guest communications.
β’ Offer client recommendations and create executive-level presentations and communications.
β’ Convert sponsorship rights and assets into impactful hospitality and guest experiences.
β’ Administer budgets across various markets and currencies, forecast and track expenses, reconcile invoices, and ensure clear reporting.
β’ Maintain timelines, workback schedules, and action items across multiple workstreams.
β’ Resolve challenges, make informed decisions, and keep programs on schedule.
β’ Mentor team members, coordinate with cross-functional partners, lead onsite staff, and manage vendors and suppliers.
β’ Travel domestically and internationally for site inspections, client meetings, and onsite program execution.
β’ Demonstrated experience in planning and executing high-touch corporate hospitality programs in both domestic and international markets.
β’ Proven experience managing accommodations, accreditation, transportation, ticketing, hospitality venues, food and beverage, entertainment, gifting, staffing, guest communications, and other operational aspects across complex and overlapping timelines.
β’ Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
β’ Capability to provide recommendations and develop executive-level presentations and communications.
β’ Advanced understanding of sponsorship platforms and the utilization of high-value assets.
β’ Experience in translating sponsorship rights and assets into meaningful hospitality and guest experiences.
β’ Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets across markets and currencies, forecasting, tracking expenses, reconciling invoices, and maintaining clear reporting.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities, detailed workback schedules, multiple workstreams, and deadlines.
β’ Resourceful and solution-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities may shift.
β’ Quick in assessing challenges, making sound decisions, and keeping programs on track.
β’ Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional partners, leading onsite staff, and managing vendors and suppliers.
β’ High standards for quality and a keen attention to detail.
β’ Knowledgeable about trends in hospitality, events, sponsorship, and guest experience.
β’ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Comfortable using project management and other technology platforms.
β’ Experience managing high-value corporate hospitality programs, sponsorship assets, guest experiences, or similar premium events.
β’ Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for site inspections, client meetings, and onsite program execution.
β’ Ability to engage in extended periods of travel, work remotely from host cities, and maintain flexible availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
