Client Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for delivering services to a portfolio of market data clients throughout their lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing reports, enhancements, and change requests.

• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Implementation, Solution Architecture, and engineering teams.

• Convert clients’ commercial and operational objectives into actionable plans for teams to build and configure.

• Manage delivery for assigned EMEA clients, including significant exchanges and data vendors.

• Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend clients’ market data policies, licensing models, and business goals.

• Provide clients with best practices regarding data licensing, entitlements, usage reporting, audits, and billing.

• Transform requirements into delivery plans and prioritized workstreams.

• Organize, prioritize, and track configuration and development tasks in Jira.

• Oversee scope, timelines, and budget for time-and-materials engagements.

• Identify risks, eliminate obstacles, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Facilitate status meetings and communicate with senior stakeholders.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the go-live process for new implementations and ongoing changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in client delivery, client success, professional services, implementation consulting, or technical account management, preferably in financial markets.

• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise client engagements from discovery through to delivery.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering and planning.

• Experience in coordinating technical teams without direct line management.

• Ability to manage multiple enterprise clients and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Assertive, organized, and comfortable leading client-facing meetings.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Preferred: Experience in market data administration, whether on the consumer or provider side.

• Preferred: Background working with major vendors and exchanges such as LSEG Data & Analytics, Bloomberg, FactSet, ICE, S&P Global, Euronext, Deutsche Börse, or SIX.

• Preferred: Knowledge of market data licensing, exchange agreements, redistribution rights, entitlements (e.g., DACS, EMRS), and usage or audit reporting.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting exchanges, index providers, banks, asset managers, or other capital markets organizations.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while taking ownership of deliveries.
