This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee operational execution and client engagement across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and Information Security Consultancy.
• Ensure that services are provided efficiently, punctually, and in line with client expectations and contractual commitments.
• Monitor performance in service delivery, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Work in partnership with the Head of Information Security Operations to ensure delivery performance aligns with strategic goals.
• Manage Client Coordinators across the Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and Information Security sectors.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and annual appraisals.
• Assist with career development, recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Cultivate a high-performing, accountable, collaborative, and client-focused team culture.
• Supervise service delivery costs and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as utilization, revenue generation, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Provide performance insights and reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and prompt invoicing.
• Serve as an escalation point for issues related to client coordination.
• Establish relationships with consultants, service leads, sales, and finance teams.
• Proven track record in managing service delivery operations within a consultancy or professional services setting.
• Experience in leading and developing coordination or operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security services, including Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, or general InfoSec consultancy.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with a keen eye for detail.
• Commercial acumen and experience in managing delivery against revenue objectives.
• Confident in KPI reporting and performance assessment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership presence with an approachable and supportive demeanor.
