Client Consulting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Actively participate in regular strategic and planning discussions with Visa internal teams.

• Oversee consulting projects and teams focused on opportunities with banking partners.

• Create frameworks, strategies, solutions, and recommendations that address significant client needs and challenges.

• Develop solutions and measurable insights aimed at enhancing client portfolio growth and customer engagement.

• Work collaboratively across various functions and global regional teams to implement projects utilizing Visa resources.

• Generate insights, analyses, and recommendations to boost client performance and growth.

• Offer strategic guidance regarding client priorities across different verticals and segments.

• Analyze and manipulate extensive industry and Visa datasets to uncover valuable insights and client recommendations.

• Create scalable solutions, toolkits, methodology documents, and consulting strategies for the VCA practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced Degree, or no experience with a PhD.

• Preferred: 6 years or more with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4 years or more with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.

• Preferred: 9 years or more with a Bachelor's Degree, or 7 years or more with an Advanced Degree, or 3 years or more with a PhD.

• At least 4 years of experience within the strategy consulting sector.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work cooperatively and adaptively within a matrixed organization.

• Experience in team management.

• Previous experience with Big3 or other strategy consulting firms; candidates from Big4 advisory are also welcome.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel modeling.

• Familiarity with utilizing financial indicators to assess business performance.

• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Understanding of banking operations and/or payment systems, encompassing products and services, business systems and processes, marketing efforts, and card issuance.

• Technologically adept and knowledgeable about current digital trends and applications.
