Client Care Coordinator, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, texts, or mail to qualify and secure leads.

• Inform clients about the unclaimed property recovery process, service structure, and the reasons for asset existence.

• Clarify the legal aspects of asset recovery and address any doubts regarding its legitimacy.

• Assist clients in completing and submitting necessary legal agreements.

• Ensure consistent follow-up to transition prospects from skepticism to signed agreements.

• Accurately record all activities and insights in Salesforce.

• Engage in a thorough 90-day onboarding process that includes coaching, mentoring, and group training.

• Background in sales, collections, or results-oriented client support.

• Comfort with commission-based compensation structures.

• Demonstrated resilience in overcoming frequent rejection.

• Determination to educate clients until they grasp the value offered.

• Ability to project authority while being empathetic during phone conversations.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• Personal laptop required.

• A quiet, professional workspace at home.

• Absolute commitment to working during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

• Capacity to swiftly learn and clearly articulate U.S. unclaimed funds processes, the BBB, and state regulations.
