Client Business Unit Leader – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete P&L for the Client Business Unit, ensuring continual revenue growth, robust margin performance, and operational excellence.

• Manage and expand a portfolio exceeding $50M across several major accounts.

• Create and implement account growth strategies alongside Client Partners, utilizing data, analytics, and AI solutions.

• Enhance client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement, strategic advisory, and exceptional delivery performance.

• Pursue new client acquisition within similar industry verticals.

• Recruit, coach, and mentor Client Partners.

• Collaborate with Solutions and Practices to develop impactful, data-driven solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, influencing transformation agendas and identifying opportunities for innovation and business value.

• Lead employee engagement and development initiatives within the CBU.

• Shape and expedite clients’ modernization, automation, and AI adoption efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in client management, consulting leadership, or business growth roles within data, analytics, digital transformation, or technology services.

• Proven history of managing and growing a portfolio of $50M+ with full P&L responsibility.

• Demonstrated success in scaling multi-million-dollar accounts and driving profitable growth.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, analytics, automation, agentic AI, and enterprise modernization projects.

• Experience with Financial Services and Private Equity clients is highly advantageous.

• Executive presence with the capability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.

• Strong commercial acumen with disciplined financial management skills.
