This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver continuous service support to meet client requirements and business objectives
• Act as the primary system support for designated clients
• Update and maintain client benefits websites
• Conduct audits and file reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Oversee daily, weekly, and annual processing of inbound and outbound files
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve participant inquiries and cases
• Produce client-specific reports and assist with ACA processing tasks
• Carry out system testing for platform updates and annual enrollment processes
• Review release documentation and evaluate system modifications and their impacts on clients
• Implement operational procedures as detailed in client Admin Guides
• Configure and assess system functionalities for client projects and enrollments
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
• Handle billing activities, including generating invoices, posting payments, and reconciling receivables
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year institution, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Significant experience with databases, including data analysis and manipulation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to think creatively and independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with benefits administration systems, payroll systems, HRIS, or similar software platforms
• Previous experience with ACA processing support (preferred)
• Background in a client-facing, service-oriented setting (preferred)
• Understanding of benefits enrollment cycles and annual open enrollment support (preferred)
• Standard working hours are from 8am to 5pm Central Time
