This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate the Sales Pipeline for Advisor Opportunities
• Drive sales outcomes by cultivating and qualifying leads
• Evaluate potential clients and schedule appointments for financial advisors
• Generate a substantial volume of outbound calls and email communications
• Collaborate with Marketing to convey the company's brand and messaging
• Familiarize yourself with current marketing channels and event initiatives
• Articulate the company’s service offerings, mission, purpose, and values
• Utilize Salesforce high-velocity sales tools to prioritize task queues
• Meticulously record interactions with prospects in an efficient manner
• Enter new client opportunities for advisors, ensuring accurate data and reporting
• Implement advisor rotation software for precise prospect assignment
• Adhere to securities industry rules and regulations
• Stay informed about current market trends and educational resources
• Broaden your knowledge and experience in the financial industry
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education) in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Background in Financial Services with outbound sales experience
• Demonstrated success in achieving consistent sales results and surpassing targets
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) certifications preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and phone presence
• Knowledge of financial planning and advisory practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its Support Org functionality
• Experience with Workday is preferred
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM in your own time zone
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and operate computer systems
