This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategies to discover potential clients and grow Paradigm's client portfolio.
• Leverage an existing professional network while cultivating new relationships and business opportunities.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers at targeted client organizations.
• Gain insights into prospective clients, their businesses, and their staffing and project requirements.
• Spot opportunities where Paradigm can deliver value.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects over time.
• Transform opportunities into new client partnerships.
• Conduct research and engage in networking events, industry functions, and other business development activities.
• Keep precise records of prospect, opportunity, and client activity utilizing cloud-based sales and business development tools.
• Collaborate with recruiting to comprehend capabilities and create solutions for both prospective and current clients.
• Assist with marketing and brand development initiatives through professional networking, marketing campaigns, and industry outreach.
• Stay connected with clients post-sale to foster repeat business, expand services, and generate referrals.
• Work alongside recruiting and account management to address client needs and resolve engagement and assignment challenges.
• Aid in identifying new markets, services, and business development prospects.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in business-to-business sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Proven track record in generating new business and fostering productive client relationships.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Capacity to communicate effectively and confidently with managers and decision-makers at potential client organizations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research, organizational skills, and follow-through capabilities.
• Sound business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• Proficient in using technology, including cloud-based sales, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with recruiting, account management, and marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience (preferred).
