Client Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee client check-ins and act as the main daily contact for a portfolio of accounts.

• Monitor deliverables, refresh project plans, and ensure initiatives progress smoothly across both internal and external teams.

• Convert strategic guidance from the leadership team into straightforward, actionable steps for clients and internal collaborators.

• Evaluate campaign performance and retention metrics, and compile succinct status reports for clients and management.

• Identify risks and opportunities proactively before they escalate into issues.

• Assist in onboarding new clients, which includes process documentation and account configuration.

• Enhance the client experience by optimizing templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports.

• Utilize ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Clockify, internal SOPs, and reporting templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in client account management, customer success, account management, or a related client-facing position.

• Strong expertise in managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities autonomously.

• Highly proactive, organized, and reliable, with a strong focus on follow-through.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and skills in data interpretation.

• Experience in creating and presenting reports and performance updates for clients.

• Familiarity with e-commerce and/or digital marketing accounts.

• Working knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

• Comfortable utilizing reporting and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or similar tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

• Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.
