This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee all databases and rosters related to projects, which include team checklists.
• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of project-specific weekly, monthly, and annual activity reports as instructed by the line manager.
• Coordinate with the Program Training Manager to aid in the planning and scheduling of onboarding for new hires.
• Support operations-based onboarding, which encompasses IT equipment, roster updates, and collaboration with other departments.
• Participate in live client meetings, operational meetings, conferences, and other relevant engagements as necessary.
• Provide administrative assistance to support the program's compliance function.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities within program and company deadlines, which include computer updates, activity reports, emails, and time reporting.
• Comply with all company and client policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity with some client interaction or responsibility.
• A highly motivated professional with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a dedicated emphasis on client and customer service.
• Commitment to process excellence with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
• Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, employing critical thinking to resolve issues.
