Client Account Associate

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with prospective clients and address incoming inquiries.

• Comprehend the distinct goals, challenges, and decision-making processes of each client.

• Propose customized financial solutions by leveraging client feedback and available information.

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, product selection, and service implementation.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to foster retention and enhance satisfaction.

• Relay insights and client feedback to internal teams to contribute to the improvement of offerings.
