Claims Operations Manager – Property Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage claims related to household contents, residential buildings, bicycles, and personal property insurance independently and with expertise, adhering to existing authorization limits.

• Ensure that claims are handled efficiently and with high quality while complying with and managing established service-level agreements.

• Evaluate and analyze insurance coverage and indemnification processes.

• Identify and seek out potential recovery claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in insurance or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in managing insurance claims.

• Strong, proactive process mindset, especially regarding process digitalization.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• High level of commitment and initiative.

• Team-oriented and solution-focused work approach.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
