This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel claims forward at every interaction point

• Collaborate with clients, team members, and government entities to ensure successful claim results and an excellent client experience

• Oversee essential stages of claims, including both inbound and outbound calls, claim-file assessments, and communication with designated Client Advocates

• Manage an assigned call queue while performing multiple tasks

• Provide clear, efficient, and patient assistance on every interaction

• Appropriately discuss claims with clients facing physical and mental health challenges

• Accurately complete applications and other critical claim documentation

• Establish positive, trusting relationships while aiding the client advocacy team

• Acquire knowledge of company systems and gain expertise in the SSDI claims process

• Work towards the Client Advocate position and the management of an independent caseload

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills

• Strong typing, data entry, and documentation abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail

• Robust organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems and technologies

• Experience in managing a high volume of client interactions, both inbound and outbound, in a fast-paced setting

• 1–2 years of experience in managing claims or cases through multi-step processes, preferably in Social Security, disability, or a similar claims environment

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar case management/CRM platform is preferred

• Background in a related field is preferred

• Ability to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment when dealing with sensitive information
