Claims Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage in the evaluation of claims in line with policy stipulations and conditions.

• Aid in the assembly and completion of indemnification documentation.

• Support the collection and validation of essential supporting documents.

• Assist in investigations pertaining to payment discrepancies.

• Take part in discussions with internal teams, including collections, underwriting, and claims management.

• Refresh information in internal databases.

• Contribute to the oversight of files and ensure adherence to processing timelines.

• Participate in the creation of basic reports.

• Provide assistance for administrative and accounting tasks related to claims files.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting.

• Eligibility for the ANAPEC program.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in French.

• Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
