This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess coverage, investigate liability, and ascertain the extent of damages for assigned bodily injury claims.

• Perform comprehensive investigations to appraise claim details and establish suitable resolutions.

• Analyze accident circumstances, injuries, medical documentation, and bills to determine causation, liability, and claim valuation.

• Review claim information and progress claims toward timely and appropriate resolution.

• Negotiate settlements in alignment with company best practices and relevant state regulations.

• Independently manage a portfolio of bodily injury claims, making informed claims decisions.

• Gain experience with claims involving litigation, collaborating with leaders or colleagues as necessary.

• Retain ownership of claims throughout the lifecycle while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Engage proactively, transparently, and timely with customers, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

• Utilize claims management systems and communication tools to facilitate claim handling processes.

• Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective claim resolution.

• Continuously enhance technical expertise in bodily injury claims, litigation, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing bodily injury claims or related casualty claims.

• Capability to independently investigate coverage, liability, and damages.

• Solid understanding of insurance policies, claims handling procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Ability to acquire and maintain all necessary state adjuster licenses.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Previous experience in bodily injury claims is preferred.

• Experience with attorney-represented claims is preferred.

• Familiarity with litigation claims is preferred.

• Proven ability to work independently while managing a high-volume claim portfolio is preferred.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Occasional travel may be required.
