Civil Project Engineer II – Renewable Energy Structural Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Execute both routine and complex designs for steel piles and connections.

• Conduct routine and intricate designs for cast-in-place concrete slabs.

• Support the development of project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

• Aid in the management of projects and associated tasks.

• Contribute to marketing efforts and proposal development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in solar structure design is essential.

• Possession of a PE License is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are required.

• Proficiency in structural design software, particularly LPile, Mathcad, and Excel.

• Adept in AutoCAD for the development of plans.

• Skill in Excel/AutoCAD interoperability for creating pile plot plans is a benefit.

• Familiarity with general renewable energy terminology is preferred.
