This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Support the Project Manager in addressing ongoing changes, challenges, and project requirements throughout the job lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and Superintendent to uphold the overall project schedule and the three-week schedule on a weekly basis.
• Verify IFC plans, quantities, and assumptions, including processing contract adjustments based on IFC drawings and field conditions.
• Prepare, monitor, and reconcile change orders along with contract adjustments.
• Compile, prepare, submit, monitor, and ensure timely approvals for submittals.
• Prepare and submit RFIs in coordination with the Project Manager, track their status, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist in sourcing and procuring materials.
• Support the updates for One-Call and coordinate dig permits.
• Oversee GPS topographic surveys, including pre-construction, ongoing progress, and as-built surveys.
• Compare GPS models with actual data to calculate and confirm quantities.
• Aggregate survey data into usable formats for project tracking and validation.
• Conduct UAV operations as necessary.
• Aid in layout, surveying, and material quantity take-offs.
• Maintain project logs, including logs for quantities, submittals, and RFIs.
• Assist in organizing progress meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Act as a liaison between office and field teams, facilitating the coordination of technical information, documentation, schedules, and communications.
• 1–3 years of experience in civil construction (internship experience may be considered).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Preferred proficiency in Magnet/Topcon Office and construction management software (Procore, Acumatica, Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft 365, or similar), but not required.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License is required or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must be willing to travel full-time.
