Civil Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare pleadings, responses, motions, appeals, and legal briefs for moderately complex cases.

• Engage in hearings and oral arguments.

• Input and manage data within legal case management systems (LegalBox).

• Formulate litigation strategies by assessing risks, opportunities, and legal solutions for intricate cases.

• Draft highly technical legal documents backed by comprehensive legal analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a valid OAB registration.

• Extensive experience in civil litigation.

• In-depth knowledge of Civil Law, Consumer Law, and Civil Procedure.

• Proven experience in managing a high-volume caseload.

• Specialization in Civil Procedure or Private Law.

• Excellent skills in legal writing.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple cases at once.

• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in reviewing documents and information.

• Analytical, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective client interaction and participation in meetings.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining technical quality.
