Civil Engineering Technician, Junior – Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on various projects within the transportation sector, encompassing design, supervision of field construction, infrastructure inspections, and field surveys.

• Progress technical documentation as the project advances.

• Work full-time on-site, providing construction oversight and supporting the project team during the work of general contractors.

• Inspect diverse infrastructure elements, including culverts, walls, and other structures.

• Conduct field surveys as part of a team to gather pertinent information for executing and monitoring assignments.

• Provide assistance to surveying teams as required.

• Engage in the preparation of studies and technical reports.

• Offer support and guidance to junior technicians as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Civil Engineering.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Completed construction site safety training (ASP Construction card).

• Strong oral and written proficiency in the French language.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
