City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Drive business growth in your region by onboarding new properties for management.

• Manage a diverse portfolio that includes apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties.

• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management strategies.

• Manage listings across multiple channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Build and coordinate a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during your absences.

• Recruit and potentially mentor your own City Managers.

• Operate your area as an independent business.
