City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the network within your city and its surrounding regions.

• Expand the business in your area by securing new properties for management.

• Supervise the property portfolio, including housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out processes, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Oversee the local network of service providers.

• Utilize the ALB Holiday System to delegate portfolio management during your absences.

• Develop a portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your mentorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or any relevant industry is appreciated.

• Strong motivation and drive.
