This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise listings for events, venues, and artists in Chicago.

• Propose locally pertinent parties, individuals, and narratives.

• Contribute to various RA formats, including RA Picks, Local News, This Week’s New Music, Mix Of the Day, and Socials channels.

• Serve as a visible and trusted contact within Chicago’s electronic music community.

• Provide local insights and intelligence to RA.

• Maintain consistent communication with the manager and the broader Global Content Network.

• Identify potential ticketing partnerships and facilitate introductions to the Revenue team.

• Assist promoters and venues in utilizing RA tools.

• Uphold a defined set of priority relationships.

• Aid in commercial outreach and introductions, ensuring proper handover and follow-up.

• Potentially support neighboring cities, translations, news writing, or local event assistance through mutually agreed add-ons.

• Must be based in Chicago.

• Deeply embedded in the local electronic music scene with an expansive existing network.

• Outgoing individual who rapidly cultivates networks.

• Proven history of effective personal and digital communication.

• Strong passion for and understanding of electronic music culture.

• Commitment to embodying RA’s values.
