Chromebook Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide direct oversight to the District Manager Team within the designated Region, reporting directly to the National Manager.

• Inspire, guide, and coordinate the sales and merchandising efforts of assigned District Managers to enhance retailer support and product sales.

• Recruit and onboard exceptional District Managers.

• Coach and mentor employees regarding their performance.

• Foster partnerships with retail associates.

• Collaborate closely with the National Manager on performance metrics reporting and tracking progress towards goals.

• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance as necessary.

• Oversee regional compliance, including payroll management, timekeeping, District Manager routines, and visit reporting.

• Travel within the designated area to cultivate relationships, ensure best practices, and execute company and client strategies.

• Establish and sustain relationships within the region, including clients and retailers.

• Deliver feedback on performance, provide training, manage scheduling, execute visits, report findings, and oversee performance against goals.

• Present monthly team performance and productivity reports using Slidest.

• Manage, motivate, and coordinate District Manager activities to achieve or surpass sales and project objectives.

• Ensure District Managers are adequately trained in sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.

• Oversee quarterly regional contest budgets and conduct contests while maintaining the integrity of prize qualification.

• Assist with activities related to launches as required.

• Act as the primary contact for District Managers in the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.

• 5 to 8 years of prior experience in management within retail, merchandising, training, and/or field marketing of personnel and products.

• Experience in multi-unit management is preferred.

• A fundamental understanding of design for creating presentations, weekly emails, and team communications.

• Exceptional leadership skills with effective, solution-focused, professional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in a business context.

• A home office with broadband Internet connectivity is necessary.

• Must be willing to travel 30% of the year to various markets in the region and have flexible working hours.

• A consistent in-field presence may be required.
