Chinese AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop original multiple-choice questions in Simplified Chinese covering a wide range of general-knowledge subjects.

• Create challenging exam-style questions that assess reasoning, applied knowledge, and comprehension of the subject matter.

• Generate ten answer choices for each question, designating one correct response along with plausible alternatives.

• Offer clear, structured solutions that explain the correct answer along with pertinent reasoning.

• Review content to ensure factual, linguistic, structural, and logical accuracy.

• Uphold consistent quality standards while adhering to project-specific formatting and evaluation criteria.

• Identify and rectify unclear phrasing, ambiguities, and inconsistencies.

• Create high-quality content in Simplified Chinese for AI evaluation and training datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant academic field.

• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.

• Extensive general knowledge and strong analytical reasoning abilities.

• Proficiency in Simplified Chinese at a native level.

• Education in China or currently residing in China.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Exceptional attention to detail and confidence in working independently.

• Capability to create challenging and original assessment materials.

• Experience in education, assessment design, research, technical writing, or content evaluation is a plus.

• Must refrain from using any confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support are not available.
