Child Psychiatrist, Missouri License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient telehealth psychiatric services to patients primarily aged 5–21, with an option to see individuals up to age 30.

• Perform 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up consultations.

• Address behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, serious mental illnesses, and various other behavioral health issues.

• Conduct video appointments using Zoom through the EPIC platform.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team that includes neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, family resource specialists, and education coordinators.

• Engage in monthly collaborative meetings with the wider care team.

• Work Monday to Friday on a 32–40 hour schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT.

• Provide care without on-call duties or the requirement for NP supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a four-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.

• An active Missouri MD or DO medical license is required.

• Availability for 40 hours per week during CST business hours.

• Experience and comfort in treating patients with varying acuity levels.

• Background in treating adolescents and adults, primarily between the ages of 5–21.

• Experience in telehealth is preferred.

• Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

• MD or DO qualification is necessary.

• No NP supervision is required.
